The Shepherd

In the area of wide meadows, green grass like a green carpet, there lived a shepherd who had a lot of sheep. Every day he grazed his sheep in the pasture.

‘This job is very fun, I can graze the sheep while playing around’ he thought. It was true that he could tend the sheep while playing around when he was saturated. Sometimes he played chase and catch the sheep which were eating green grass.

Sometimes he also climbed trees to pick the fruit and lied on the tree while looking at the sheep from above.

'The place is very comfortable at all.' Think the shepherd as he closed his eyes began to feel heavy. He fell asleep.

After waking up, he saw the sheep were sheltering under a very shady tree. After that, he did not forget to count the number of sheep. And the sheep were apparently still intact. He was muttering, 'This job is great fun apparently, because even though I was sleeping, the sheep are not lost at all.'

The rainy season was the season that he didn’t like at all, because he would work harder every day. He was annoyed at having to wash the sheep every evening before getting the sheep in. And he could not play or sleep in the tree anymore. Therefore, he thought that the sheep should not be grazed too far. In fact, every day he forced the sheep grazing in one place. This caused the grass near the cage were exhausted quickly.

Until the end of the rainy season, the grass around the cage was up and resembling a barren terrain. Instead area further there planted green grass resembled a very dense forest. It made him have further herding sheep. And it was getting much when he grazed the sheep approaching the wilderness.

This made him far from the village and easy to feel tired and bored. 'Ah, so bored. I've climbed a tree and slept but I am still tired too,’ he muttered as more bored.
From here, he could only see a few people were farming.

To amuse himself, he sometimes left his sheep just to chat with the farmers. However, according to the farmers, he was very disturbing their work as he invited a conversation while they were busy working.

Then the farmers also agreed to not respond when he invited the conversation. And this made him furious with the farmers.

'I just want to chat with them, why they do ignore me anyway. This makes me get angry. I'll fool them, 'thought the shepherd as he walked toward the sheep.

'Mm… how to fool them ... mmm,' muttered the shepherd while holding his chin.
'Aha, I get the idea. I'll just pretend my sheep are attacked by wolves. Once they come here and see my sheep are fine, they would look fool hahaha, 'said the shepherd confidently.

Finally he started the idea to fool them.

'Help ... wolves .... wolves attack my sheep. Help me…' shout the shepherd.
Due to shout loud enough to hear, the farmers also came with tools that are prepared to repel wolves. But what a surprise, when they arrived at the sheep, it was calm and nothing happen.

Puzzling, one of them asked. 'Hey, where are the wolves? We see that you and your sheep are okay! '

Instead of answering, the shepherd was laughing out loud. 'Hahahaha wolves? Are you kidding me? There are no wolves here, don’t you see it? My sheep are just fine hahaha… fool you.’

The farmers even more annoyed with his attitude. They all were feeling very cranky and angry.
'Huh, you little liar," said one of the farmers.
'Yeah, he's a liar!" replied the oldest farmers while he laid the hoe on his shoulder.
'Let's just get back to work."

Eventually they return to work. The shepherd still laughed. 'Hahaha they are stupid as well, there are no wolves here, hahaha'.

The next day, he did it again. And the farmers got angrier.
Finally one of the farmers said, "Tomorrow, if he yells again, we have to keep coming, because surely he's lying again."
'Sure.' replied the other farmer.

The third day, the shepherd was not aware that he leaded his sheep closer to the forest. And when he tried to rest, suddenly a group of wolves were running around chasing his sheep. He was frantic. He shouted with a voice asking for help the farmers. But none of them came.

'Help… wolves… wolves… help me….oh nooo… my sheep…’ Shouted the shepherd with a panic of seeing the sheep are attacked by wolves.
In the area of agriculture, farmers ignored it, one of them said, 'He must be lying again like the other day, we should not be there, or he will just laughed at us.' Other farmer replied. "Absolutely, we're better continuing our work.'

Finally, his sheep were attacked by the wolves. And this happen because he lied so no one believed in him. THE END.

Semakin hari semakin jauh pula dia menggembalakan domba-dombanya bahkan mulai mendekati hutan belantara.

Sebel jadinya, awas saja nanti aku kerjain mereka,’ pikir si penggembala sambil berjalan kearah domba-dombanya.

‘mmm kira-kira gimana ya caranya ngerjain mereka…mmm,’ gumam si penggembala sambil memegang dagunya.

‘Ayo kita kembali bekerja saja.’ Kata petani yang lainnya.
Akhirnya mereka kembali bekerja.

TAMAT.

Bluebell Mary was a fairy, living in the garden. One day she heard a tiny voice, 'Dear me, I beg your pardon!'.

Quickly hiding in her bell, she peeped around the edges. And there she saw a little boy staring at the hedges.

'I didn't mean to hurt you' is what the small boy said.
'What are you doing under there?'.
And then he scratched his head.

Mary was quite puzzled. Who was he talking to? And why was he now picking at his little shoe?

'You'll be all right, I promise. I'll just go get my Mum. You wait there a minute,' and then he sucked his thumb.

When the boy had gone away, Mary flew to see, just what the hedge was hiding, and there she saw the bee.

It buzzed at her quite sadly, and told her, 'Go away. I'm dying of a broken wing. I will not last the day.'

Mary raised her magic wand and gently tapped the bee. 'Don't worry little lady, just you come with me.'

With tiny fairy stitches, Mary sewed the broken wing, and then she flew her past the sun, in a magic fairy sling.

She fed the bee with nectar to take away the pain, and several hours later, the bee was well again.

'Thank you Bluebell Mary,' said the grateful little bee, and then she made a present of the pollen on her knee.

'Oh no dear! You mustn't! you'll need that for the hive. I don't need rewarding, I'm just glade that you're alive. We both work in this garden, and we both should help each other. You'd better fly away now, before the boy comes with his mother.'

So off the thankful bee flew, to tell them at the hive, how fairies help with Nature to keep it all alive. END.

Jika aku menjadi ...

Aku ingin menjadi ...

TAMAT.

I want to be ...

In a village in the mountains, there lived a small family who worked as a mason. This family had only one child named Grey. Grey was a good child. He always helped his parents who worked as a mason. In addition to helping his father worked breaking rocks, he also diligently helped her mother prepare food for work. Every day he woke up early to prepare for his father’s work equipment.

Grey also was good with his friends. He loved to play with them. He also liked to help his friends who were in trouble. Therefore, he had many friends.

However, today Grey was unusual. He did not help his father who was breaking stones. His father also felt something wrong with him. His face was sullen and looked up. He was thinking of something. Grey's father was curious and shouted. 'Greeey!’. Grey was surprised until he was like a boy who was confused.

Inside his heart, Grey turned thinking about his father's work that could be considered as a lowly job. He considered his father was a weak man. Since the day alone could not break many rocks. Though he knew his father’s condition was not young anymore.

Grey did not ignore the father. He also went on making dreams ...

In his dream, he looked in the view of the sun and heat. He murmured "The sun has always made dad feel tired and thirsty. If I were the sun, I would not make daddy too hot, otherwise I'm going to make someone else the heat, let them feel what is felt by my father. '

He had to lie down and slept ...

In his sleep, he suddenly turned into the sun. And sure enough, he went on to burn the skin of all people. All people feel the heat, they were running. However, Grey the Sun, followed where the people were running.

When everyone did not find another place to take shelter, suddenly there was a giant thing which covering Grey the sun. Yeah, that thing was a thick and black cloud. Apparently Grey’s rays could not beat the dense and thick cloud. He also became very upset. The cloud was down water-cooling. Everyone was cheering.

Grey the sun knew that there was something stronger than the sun. That cloud, which can beat the heat of the sun, and even turn it into a very cool air with the rain water.

After that, he supposed himself to be a cloud ...
And suddenly he became a cloud.

Currently, Grey the cloud was very excited. He was convinced that there was nothing more powerful than the cloud.

Gray the cloud started making panic again. He sent rain that could not stop. Everyone was panicking, because their house almost drowned. Grey the cloud did not care about the condition of the people who were waved away, he even laughed. 'Hahahaha finally I am the strongest, I'm not a weak mason, I am strong, I am stroooong hahaha hahaha." He laughed satisfied.

However, when Grey the cloud was rained here and there, suddenly there was a shift away from the village. The wind, it carried Grey the cloud farther from the village. Sure enough, Grey the cloud could not do anything but followed the direction which the wind took.

He was upset. Apparently there were more powerful than the sun and cloud. Namely wind. 'Well, the wind is stronger and more powerful than the sun and cloud.' Grey the cloud muttered.

As usual, when he thought there was something stronger, he wanted to become stronger and more powerful.

He also supposed himself again to be a wind ...
And as usual, he suddenly became a wind.

When he became the wind, he smiled with a satisfaction than before when he became the cloud. Now, he was convinced that there was nothing more powerful than the wind. With the wind he could make a tornado that destroyed the entire villages and farms.

Grey the wind started the action by making a tornado in the middle of the village. Everyone panicked.

When they took a refuge at home, Grey the wind pulled the houses. When they were under the tree, Grey the wind uprooted it. Until he was sure that there was no longer place for people to take the refuge.

However, there was one place he forgot. Well, the mountain. People raced to the cave that was in the mountains.

Confidently, Grey the wind directed the wind into the mountain. He intended to pull out and removed the mountain from the ground.

But he was in vain. No matter how strong he pulled and pulled. The mountain did not move at all. Finally he was desperate and had to admit that there was something stronger than wind.

For the umpteenth time, Grey the wind wanted to be strong like a mountain.

He also supposed himself to be a big and sturdy mountain ...
And as usual, he suddenly turned into a mountain.

Now he was convinced that there was nothing more powerful than a mountain. After he had previously thought that the powerful things were the sun, cloud and the wind.

However, in the morning Grey the mountain was shocked. Because many people who took the stone from his body and break the stones into tiny. And one of them was his father, who was old but still worked diligently.

He could not do anything except regretting. And something more powerful than the sun, cloud, wind and mountains was his father who worked tirelessly to his family.

Suddenly he woke up from his sleep and ran to his father, who was breaking stones. He hugged him and apologized. He became even harder to help his father.

THE END.
